Application Guidelines
Please keep in mind some of our key guidelines are as follows
- The fund reserves the right to modify guidelines on a case-by-case basis.
- Consideration is given to social & economic barriers when determining funding.
- Preference is given to first-time applicants, while returning applicants may be considered as funding permits. Proactive individuals, groups and organizations with clear fundraising efforts are favored.
- Low-income guidelines are used for families; income verification may be required.
- Organizations should fit within the mandate of the TLC Fund for Kids.
- The board meets once per month, please allow at least 60 days for your application to be considered.

Upon application for a grant from the TLC Fund for Kids, you will be notified about the status of your application as soon as a decision is made. The grant awarded must be used solely for the person and purpose it was approved for. Any changes to the intended use of the grant must be approved by the TLC Fund for Kids Board of Directors.
